If the captain calls off a tour for wind or sea state, you move to another day or take a full refund. Light rain on its own is not a cancellation.
Yes, most tours take all ages and have a child price. The reef snorkel works best from about age six.
In high season, December to April, a few days ahead is usually enough. The private charters and private snorkeling fill first.
